Threepipe has acquired the award winning creative agency Earnie, in order to boost its offering in creative services. Earnie was founded in 2015 by Alistair Gammell, and offer strategic and creative production support for a range of clients across retail, sports, entertainment and corporate sectors.

The acquisition is driven by a need for more integrated campaigns, and for an increasing number of consumer touchpoints across multiple channels.

Earnie’s current clients include The England & Wales Cricket Board, The NFL, Monster Energy, Cricket West Indies, The Jockey Club and UK Sport. All of these will be worked into the team at Threepipe.

Jim Hawker, co-founder of Threepipe, said: “We are delighted to bring Al and his talented team into Threepipe. We have worked with Earnie on joint campagins and admired their expertise from afar. As more of our campaigns become more visual through multiple channels, it’s key that we have the right combination of strategic approach and creative capability in house.”

Alistair Gammell, managing director of Earnie, said: “The chance to place our creative offer at the heart of Threepipe was too good an opportunity to pass up. Being part of Threepipe will help us meet the growing demand for measurable content campaigns on an international scale.”
