Christopher BarrettBilled as the “largest outdoor music event the North East has ever seen”, the Come Together festival will debut on 4-8 June at Newcastle’s Town Moor.
TEG Europe, the UK arm of Sydney-based live entertainment company TEG, is overseeing the delivery of the event in partnership with the City Council and conservation body The Freemen of Newcastle.
It is the first major festival in Newcastle since the SSD Concert’s promoted This Is Tomorrow last ran in 2021.
Toby Leighton-Pope, who was appointed TEG Europe’s MD shortly after it was launched in 2022 said of the festival launch, “We are absolutely thrilled to bring an event of this calibre to the North East. Newcastle can expect an unforgettable festival experience featuring some of the biggest and best names in global music. This festival is all about celebrating the region, its culture, and its love for music, and we can’t wait to share more details in the coming weeks. Come Together is the latest major festival launch announced for 2025, following AEG Presents’ LIDO Festival and Cuffe and Taylor’s 35,000-capacity Blackweir Live show series in Cardiff’s Blackweir Fields.
TEG said music fans can expect a vibrant festival experience at Come Together, filled with local food vendors, immersive art installations, and world-class live performances.
