Working with events specialist Private Drama, De Boer helped create a summer corporate family fun day for 700 guests at Dorney Court, Windsor.

In the grounds of Dorney Court, De Boer erected an Alu Hall structure to create the central festival space designed to host more than 700 guests who enjoyed the activities Private Drama had to offer.

“The team brought a quintessentially British festival to the gardens for guests and their families to enjoy. We were pleased to be working with De Boer on this project – one of the largest outdoor events Private Drama has organised,” Catherine Fuller, head of events at Private Drama said.

As part of the corporate family fun day, guests were also able to enjoy live music from bands, Flood the Floor and up-and-coming singer, Hannah Jane Lewis on the pop-up stage.

The day also featured a traditional fairground with a helter-skelter and carousel, as well as the popular Karavanaoke – karaoke in a caravan.

Archery, clay pigeon shooting, quad biking and 4×4 blind driving were also on offer for guests.

De Boer also built structures for the kitchen, crew catering and changing facilities.  A number of ancillary pyramid and Cocktail structures were used for a range of fairground attractions.

Nick Henderson-Williams, De Boer sales executive, said: “From start to finish Private Drama have been a pleasure to work with.  Their choice of Dorney Court as a venue for their corporate family fun day was an excellent decision allowing for a fantastic day of entertainment and activities. The beautiful weather only added to the great day”
