Following the success of the inaugural Love Supreme at The Roundhouse, the one day ‘mini festival’ returns to London on 13 April.

This year’s instalment will feature main stage performances from Mercury Prize-nominated singer Laura Mvula, pioneering keyboardist Kamaal Williams, jazz-punk six-piece Melt Yourself Down and vocalist Judi Jackson.

The event will once again utilise all areas of The Roundhouse complex with talks, Q&As, film and documentary screenings and more running alongside the live music.

The festival will also once again host stages curated by cutting-edge music platform Supreme Standards and contemporary jazz showcase Jazz In The Round.

The Supreme Standards stage will feature French producer and DJ Neue Grafik, soulful Manchester born rapper Layfullstop, French-Caribbean “future soul” trio Dowdelin, and South East London duo Bad Honey.

The Jazz In The Round stage will host former Led Bib bassist Liran Donin’s 1000 Boats, Alina Bzhezhinska Hip Harp Collective, UK vocalist Randolph Matthews and hotly tipped sextet Hexagonal.

Love Supreme At The Roundhouse is the sister festival to Love Supreme Jazz Festival, which since its launch in 2013 has regularly attracted some of the biggest jazz, soul and funk names from around the world.

This year’s Love Supreme Jazz Festival, which takes place in East Sussex in July, will see performances from Lauryn Hill, Gladys Knight, Jamie Cullum, Chick Corea and Snarky Puppy, with many more artists to be announced.
