Freemans Event Partners (FEP) has launched FEP PAY; an events payment facility, which it said was designed to reduce checkout times, improve efficiency, cut costs and boost customer satisfaction.
FEP said the system, which has been trialled at Lord’s Cricket Ground, the Badminton Horse Trials, and the British Grand Prix, integrates multiple platforms into a single payment journey, and enables operators to leverage data to better understand customer needs and help drive sales revenue.
FEP PAY managing director Stephen Poole said, “We have worked incredibly hard to develop an industry leading payment processing solution, and we’re exceptionally proud of what we have delivered in FEP PAY up to now. We’re super excited about the future opportunities in the market.
“We understand that hidden charges and outdated systems can provide merchants with a costly headache, which is why we’ve built a modular solution that is cost-effective and simple to install and use.
“We’ve already had the pleasure of working with some of the largest organisations in the country, and we’re really excited to grow our presence in the market and forge long-lasting relationships with some of the most recognised hospitality, retail and events businesses globally.”
