Olivia PowellVFS Global has been named an official ticket reseller for Expo 2020 Dubai, the ‘world’s greatest show’.
Customers travelling to the UAE during Expo 2020 will be able to plan their trip, reserve their Expo 2020 tickets and leverage VFS Global’s services by visiting their nearest VFS Global Visa Application Centre in the GCC, India, China, Russia, UK and Germany.
Business travellers will be able to book their tickets from 11 November 2019 from travel agents, destination management companies, and educational institutions, whereas leisure travellers will be able to book tickets from early 2020 on vfsglobal.com.
Zubin Karkaria, CEO, VFS Global Group, and Sanjive Khosla, Chief Commercial Officer, Expo 2020 Dubai, signed the contract on 20 October 2019 in Dubai.
VFS Global will be offering a range of packages with suggested itineraries that include single- and three-day passes to visit Expo 2020 Dubai. Customers who opt to submit their visa application through the Premium Lounge, or hold a VFS Global Privilege Program membership, can also enjoy discounts on the packages they purchase.

Customers will also be able to reserve tickets and passes, as well as to find out more information on Expo 2020 Dubai at a VFS Global Dubai Travel Shop available in select Visa Application Centres.
VFS Global has provided visa application services on the behalf of the United Arab Emirates in 15 countries worldwide. Additionally, it extends eVisa services for Dubai to residents from over 180 countries travelling via Emirates Airways.
The show aims to be the ‘world’s greatest show of human brilliance and achievement’. Organised under the theme ‘Connecting Minds, Creating the Future’ its three subthemes will be Opportunity, Mobility and Sustainability. The show will feature more than 60 live events each day, celebrating arts, music, culture, architecture, gastronomy and much more.
