Unique Venues of London (UVL) has welcomed two new member venues, 10-11 Carlton House Terrace and Sky Garden (pictured), following completion of the consortium’s rigorous joining process.

Each venue was required to submit complete financial declarations and underwent a series of secret shopper visits. After a final presentation they were voted in by existing members.

The new additions bring the total UVL membership to 86. Other member venues include the National Theatre, the Royal Academy of Arts, Shakespeare’s Globe and the Churchill War Rooms.

Lisa Hatswell, general manager of Unique Venues of London, commented: “We are delighted to welcome two diverse and different destinations to the membership, both Sky Garden and 10-11 Carlton House Terrace offer a perfect snapshot of the association breadth.

“We look forward to welcoming and involving both venues in our ongoing aim to unlock some of the capitals world-famous institutions and hidden gems for event organisers and bookers.”
