Events and visual communications sector trade association EVCOM teamed up with the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, 11 December, to host its annual winter networking event, which attracted over 150 events and digital communication specialists.

The QEIIC was transformed into a Winter Wonderland courtesy of XL Video and LED Factory who themed the event.

During the evening guests enjoyed listening to and partaking in carols. Other activities included the chance to take part in an interactive snowball fight and the opportunity via Oculus Rift to walk through Santa’s grotto.

“We were delighted to be working with our strategic partners the Queen Elizabeth II Centre and XL Video along with LED Factory who worked so creatively to bring the event alive and Identilam for theming the badges and Barford Productions, Allan Chapman & James Insurance Brokers and Active Presence who all supported this event,” said Marco Forgione, CEO of EVCOM.

“This was a fun event with great networking and a nice way to end a very busy year and to say thank you to all those who have supported us over the last six months in particular our members and strategic partners,” he added.
