Billed as a luxury events venue, the space will be home to two city livery companies: The Worshipful Company of Farmers and The Worshipful Company of Fletchers.
The building closed in 2013 for a substantial two-year renovation programme costing over £1.8m.
The venue will room for private and corporate events from private dinners, wedding receptions and parties, to meetings, conferences and press launches.
The largest room will accommodate up to 120 guests for a dinner.
The venue will be opening for a soft launch for eight weeks during July and August ready for the official launch on 1 September.
Farmers & Fletchers In the City will demonstrate their passion for food provenance by supporting British Farming and British suppliers.
With a large circular staircase leading to the lower floor, the venue will incorporate a contemporary design with a nod to the traditions of the Livery Halls, yet with a clean and modern design.
Surplus profits generated by events held at Farmers & Fletchers In the City will go towards inspiring young people with charitable and educational programmes.
