Tom HallMore than 150 guests attended the launch of ‘The Walks’ at Gray’s Inn on 18 June, a new summer venue in the heart of London.
Located in five acres of private garden five minutes from Chancery Lane tube, the structure is available now until 26 July 2019 for daytime use for meetings and conferences as well as evening events for up to 1,000 guests.
Head of business development Becci Thomson said: “The Walks is the perfect summer addition to our portfolio. With the weather being typically English this year, the clear roof even makes the rain magical. It is truly a five-star space.”
Sternberg Clarke provided the entertainment with Trinity who played hits from Dua Lipa and Jess Glynne amongst others and roving band She Wants to Move serenaded guests with a tune of their choice from The Beatles to the Spice Girls spiked with a few club hits.
Indeco Flowers created scented floral displays for the tables and a social media friendly floral arch which was a big hit with the #walkintosummer on Instagram and Facebook.
Packages are priced from £75. All events include full event management, security, staffed cloakroom, licenced bar, green room, attended luxury toilets, lounge, dining and garden furniture, ambient lighting, sound and light engineer, PA system, dancefloor and air cooling. Next year’s dates are due to be released soon.
