The Event Production Show (EPS) has announced that registration for the 2019 event has opened.
The show takes place on February 26th and 27th 2019 at Olympia London. The annual exhibition brings together the outdoor and live events communities and, with the co-location of International Confex and The PA Show, is the largest coming together of event professionals in the UK each year.
The organisers of EPS have announced a stream of new features alongside returning favourites, to reward their events community. Duncan Siegle, event director, said: “We are really looking forward to the 2019 event and what it promises to deliver. Every year we are amazed at the innovations our exhibitors bring to the show and this year we are doing the same.
“The Main Stage will return and we are investing in a new level of high quality content and speakers, but we also want to deliver for specific groups that are important for the show and our exhibitors. So this year we will be launching a dedicated Brand Experience Theatre featuring case studies and content from corporate experiential companies as well as a dedicated stream for Local Authority event planners – LA Day.
“We recently launched a new event safety and security conference – SaFest – at Festout and this will be coming to EPS as well. How much safety training is too much? There will be something for everyone at the 2019 show.”
Siegle added: “We are working with our association partners old and new this year. NOEA, PSA and MEI will all return with new content and networking for their members, and the NTIA will be appearing for the first time to talk about challenges to the night time economy. We will also be deliberating sustainability issues, which there is a lot of noise about and have some key names lined up for that. It should be an outstanding event and I recommend taking time out on both days to visit the show.”
Access All Areas will be playing a major role in delivering the content at the 2019 show, as well as bringing together key groups for networking events. Tom Hall, AAA editor, said: “EPS is extremely important to us and to the industry as it allows us to get under the surface of the industry and discuss key issues. We are working to deliver some top level content which we will be releasing over the next month.”
