Eve has supplied more than 7,500 trackway panels and a range of other kit to V Festival’s two locations this weekend (16-17 August).
Alongside the panels, Eve also provided features including a pedestrian footbridge, barriers, and anti-climb fence panels.
At Hylands Park in Chelmsford, Eve built the biggest pad it has ever built, with 750 hybrid box panels put together under the Virgin Media Stage platform.
Meanwhile, the company used a new clamp attachment to drop trackway into place for the MTV stage, cutting the installation time.
“Eve gets the job done with a remarkable amount of pace,” said V Festival manager Simon Forshaw. “It’s very accommodating in terms of last minute changes to configurations, which is essential on a festival site.”
V Festival’s attendance at Hylands Park was reportedly down on previous years. The event was headlined by Justin Timberlake, with The Killers, Ed Sheeran, Paulo Nutini, Lily Allen, and Example.
