Dark Arches Holdings has bought Brilliant Stages and Litestructures Projects from Prolyte Group.

The structures and staging companies add to Dark Arches list of holdings, which includes LS-Live and Perry Scenic Creative. Dark Arches is also a founding investor in Backstage Academy.

Both Brilliant Stages and Litestructures share common interests with Dark Arches’ current holdings. By transferring the companies, Prolyte is able to concentrate on the manufacturing and sale of truss, roof systems, staging and other Prolyte products.

“It has become clear that dedicated project business was something that didn’t really fit in with the Prolyte strategy,” said Dark Arches chairmain Adrian Brooks, who has given up his shareholding in Prolyte Group to complete the deal. “Litestructures Projects and Brilliant Stages remained islands within Prolyte.

“Meanwhile, with LS-Live and Perry Scenic Creative in our business portfolio, we see a clear opportunity to create a strong solution for all project requirements.”

Prolyte will now solely supply its standard products throughout the UK.
