Sodexo Live! appoints Matthew Herter as divisional director

Event and venue services operation Sodexo Live! has appointed Matthew Herter as the divisional director of its UK and Ireland team.

Herter previously worked for venues and events including the US Open, the Staples Center (cap. 20,000) in Los Angeles, The O2 Arena (20,000), and most recently as a consultant for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Herter will be primarily responsible for the company’s venues and events in the South of England, including Ascot Racecourse, Bateaux London and its three Central London venues, including the Royal Academy of Arts.
