The Royal Horticultural Halls has re-tendered its list of florists, in addition to their entertainment and creative programming suppliers.

Royal florist, Larry Walshe Studios, has remained on the list, and has been joined by five new suppliers: Amie Bone Flowers; Gail Smith Flowers; Hayford & Rhodes; Simon Lycett and Pinstripes and Peonies.

The new listing will last three years.

Venue sales manager at the Royal Horticultural Halls, Lorraine Thorne, said: “Dressing our historic halls using floristry is a key visual component for our clients, who are constantly searching for the most innovative and exciting way to achieve this.  This new list offers our clients the most creative and ground-breaking suppliers in the field of floristry, alongside whom they can continue to create magic in our halls.  All our suppliers have given us proof of their environmental credentials, using sustainable sourcing, and work hard to recycle as much as possible. Organisers can create their own sustainable events minimising the impact on the environment whilst delivering a positive message to their attendees.”

The venue has also added to its list of entertainment and creative programming suppliers, after wanting to focus on providing its client base with creative choice and variety in addition to personalised event planning. Seven companies have been added to the new list: Uptown Events; Prelude Entertainment; Velvet Entertainment; Stormont London Entertainment; Heaps & Stacks Creative; Cirque Bijou Entertainment and Ideas Box Unique Eat Tricycles.

Thorne added: “Entertainment and Creative Programming are integral elements of event planning for any organiser.  It is vital that we offer our clients access to the foremost providers on the market. Our exciting new supplier list does this, enabling all our clients to feel confident that they can create an amazing event in partnership with professional and bespoke entertainment companies.  We look forward to continuing to create exquisite events in The Royal Horticultural Halls.”
