Joe GallopA new event management company, Field & Stage has launched in Newcastle, led by the planning and operations team behind Lindisfarne Festival (cap. 8,000).
Field & Stage founder and managing director John Wilson (pictured) said his team has been involved in Northumberland’s Lindisfarne since its inception in 2015, which led to other jobs at events such as the Diana Ross Tour, Paddy Power Fanzone and Little Lindi Festival.
Wilson said the team is led by experienced event professionals and will specialise in large scale event planning services. Its work will include concept development, planning and logistics, event management, budgeting, health and safety, and on-site coordination.
“Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations and create unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression,” said Wilson. “We already have several key roles at large scale events in 2023 across the North East and beyond. We are set for an exciting year ahead in one of the most challenging periods for the live music industry.”
