The International Live Music Conference (ILMC) will return to London from 23-26 February 2027, with more than 3,000 live music and entertainment professionals expected to attend the conference at the Royal Lancaster Hotel.

Across the four-day programme, associated events include Touring Entertainment Live, Soho Calling and the Arthur Awards 2027.

ILMC’s organisers said the 39th edition will see the introduction of a new conference layout at the Royal Lancaster, with the spaces reconfigured to create ILMC Central; a ground-floor networking area.

The Arthur Awards will also move venue, taking place at the London Hilton Park Lane for the first time. The event will be hosted by CAA’s Emma Banks, with 600 guests expected to attend.

The conference programme will include dedicated Asia Live and Latam Live strands, alongside sessions aimed at younger executives. ILMC said it will offer a number of routes to free or discounted conference entry for younger professionals.

Touring Entertainment Live will return on 25 February, with a focus on the global business of brand-led live entertainment, exhibitions and touring family shows.

Soho Calling will take place on 24 February, with showcases across eight central London music venues.

ILMC 39 is supported by platinum partners Live Nation and Ticketmaster, with Legends Global and CTS Eventim as gold partners. Silver partners include atVenu, Aviva Arena, AXS, BWO Entertainment, DEAG Entertainment Group, Showsec and Tysers Live.

Legends Global will also support the Alia Dann Swift Bursary Scheme, which provides 30 young professionals with a complimentary conference pass and mentoring opportunities.

The 2026 ILMC programme featured speakers including Superstruct CEO Alex Mahon, Pophouse co-founder Jessica Koravis, DEAG executive Detlef Kornett, Ticketmaster president Saumil Mehta, AEG Presents CEO Adam Wilkes and CAA president Rob Light.

Head of ILMC Greg Parmley said, “The world’s largest gathering of live music and entertainment professionals is back, ready to provide a reinvigorated space to serve the needs of the most influential execs in the business.

“Touring Entertainment Live and Soho Calling are growing year on year, the core ILMC conference remains the place where the most important issues are debated and the biggest deals are done and the Arthur Awards 2027 will be the best yet.”
