The full shortlist for the Event Production Awards (EPAs) has been announced, featuring many of the industry’s most prominent production agencies, promoters, suppliers and venues.

The Event Production Awards 2025 will take place on 21 March at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms (pictured). Among the 21 categories are three new awards; Employer of the Year, Best Logistics Provider and The Diversity & Inclusion Award. One of the biggest moments of the night will be the presentation of the Access All Areas Industry Legend award.

The awards are to be judged by a panel of leading event professionals from across the industry. They include LS Events operations director Laura Armstrong, We Organise Chaos director Clare Goodchild, Live Nation production director Rik Weightman, DHP Family head of production Sam Joynes, Alexandra Palace commercial director Lucy Fenner and Continental Drifts’ chief vibe engineer Chris MacMeikan. Organised by Access All Areas owner Mash Media and overseen by the team behind EPS and the Access All Areas Conference & Awards, the EPAs celebrates excellence in the delivery and production of live events.
