Zac Fox has been appointed CEO of Kilimanjaro Live, taking over from its founder Stuart Galbraith, as part of a management reshuffle at parent company KMJ Entertainment.

Fox, who has worked alongside Galbraith since he founded Kilimanjaro Live in 2008, was formerly Group COO. Galbraith, who formed KMJ Entertainment in February 2024, will remain its CEO.

KMJ consists of live entertainment brands including Kilimanjaro Live, Regular Music, Form, Singular Artists, Matterhorn, Showplanr and Stage2View; spoken word producers Fane and How To Academy; theatrical companies Flying Music and JAS Theatricals; ticket companies Gigantic, MyTicket and Tickets.ie; Belladrum festival; exhibition venue Arches London Bridge and production company Kontour.

Having worked with the KMJ leadership team on a strategic review of the Group, Jo Quillan has been appointed group chief operating officer. She has held COO and director roles at LW Entertainment, Wasserman, EMI and Sony Music.

Lucy Levitt has been promoted from Kilimanjaro Live head of business development to group director of commercial operations, an expanded role that will see her oversee commercial strategy and operations for the KMJ group.

“It’s important to me that we recognise internal talent, and I’m delighted to be able to announce the promotions for Zac Fox and Lucy Levitt,” said Galbraith. “They have both worked alongside me for many years, helping to grow the group to where it is now. I look forward to seeing them continue to lead positive impacts on our development in their new positions. I am also delighted to welcome Jo Quillan to the company. She brings a wealth of business experience and a new perspective to our leadership team. I am very confident that with these appointments we have the right structure for the next phase of our growth.”

Fox said, “The Kili family, including our freelancers and suppliers, has been a massive part of my life for almost two decades and I truly believe that our current team is the strongest that we have had. I look forward to seeing what’s next for us all.”

Galbraith’s career was recently celebrated with the LIVEtime Achievement Award at the LIVE Awards.
