Creative communications consultancy and event specialist, Vista, is to deliver what it claims to be the world’s first gender balanced leadership conference, The Balanced Business Forum (formerly known as The Women’s Business Forum).

The conference takes place, 13 October at The Sofitel Heathrow, in London, and includes in its speaker line up: Sir Mike Rake, newly appointed chairman of WorldPay and BT Group; Sir Nigel Knowles, global CO-CEO, DLA Piper; Fiona Dawson, global president of Mars and Kate Robertson, former UK Group chairman and global co-president of Havas Worldwide and co-founder of One Young World.
Headline sponsors for the event are RBS and DLA Piper, with lead sponsors Ernst Young and IBM.

The event will see 100 organisations across 22 sectors challenge balance within businesses, as the conference addresses talent management.

A gala dinner, on the eve of the conference, will also provide a platform for discussion, involving Anne-Marie Imafidon, who holds the world record for being the youngest girl ever to pass A-level computing (aged 11) and who was recently named one of the top 35 businesswomen under 35 by Management Today. Imafidon has launched the STEMettes project in a bid to inspire the next generation into Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

Head coach of England’s Women’s Football Team, Mark Sampson will also take to the stage to discuss change from a winning team. Sampson, has been on a journey from the Euro 2013 campaign where the team failed to win a match to a team that ‘Inspired a Nation at the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2015.

The Leeds and London-based agency was formerly known as the Logistik Group.
