Tickets For Good (TFG) has announced the launch of a Belgian business arm, and a new funding round of £3m.
Following launches in the UK, US and The Netherlands, TFG has expanded its reach in Europe, making the platform available in Belgium.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Sheffield, TFG counts former Take That star turned solo performer Robbie Williams among its largest investors. The platform helps event operators provide heavily reduced and free tickets to recipients including healthcare and charity workers.
TFG said it has enjoyed “exponential growth” so far this year, with 500,000 registered users internationally and one million tickets distributed to event partners, including Dua Lipa, Idles, Robbie Williams, Ticketmaster, UB40, and Yungblud.
In June, TFG had its first event for Belgian members, providing local healthcare workers the opportunity to attend a Robbie Williams world tour show in Amsterdam. This allocation was made in partnership with the artist and management ie:music with support from Noshaq and LeanSquare specialised investment funds, creative experiences company ikii and Gérôme Vanherf, and CSD Liège (part of Solidaris network) home health assistance services.
With a tailored platform and a French-speaking local team, the Belgian TFG office is based at La Grand Poste. It said the Belgian launch is part of a wider Benelux territory plan, supported by LeanSquare.
TFG has also announced the opening of a new £3 million funding round to accelerate its international expansion.
LeanSquare senior investment manager Bertrand Joiret said, “Leansquare invested in Tickets for Good based on the strength of its technology, the proven experience of its leadership team, and its strong growth potential.”
CEO Stephen Rimmer said, “This is just the beginning of our wider European rollout—connecting even more people doing good with the power of live events.”
