Event security and crowd management company Showsec has achieved the Silver Award in the Investors in People accreditation, an advancement from the Standard Award. This latest recognition acknowledges the company’s dedication to employee wellbeing and development culture.

With a workforce of 4,650 professionals operating across the UK, Showsec has been recognised by Investors In People for its commitment to a clear line of communication, effective leadership, and a culture of appreciation and their impact on client satisfaction and event experiences.

Showsec has also reported retaining the ISO 9001 accreditation, an international standard that showcases the company’s ability to establish, implement, and improve its quality management systems.

The company has also scored strongly in the SIA ACS (Approved Contractor Scheme) audit, which accredits standards in event security and crowd management.
