Edinburgh-based festival and live event production specialists Rogue City Productions (RCP) has been acquired by the city’s 21CC Group.
Founded by Shane Grieve in 2015, RCP has worked on numerous major events including Terminal V, the Royal Highland Show, Manchester Pride and Parklike.
The acquisition comes at a landmark moment for 21CC, with the company celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. 21CC has expanded its offering over the years to include event management, creative design, on site operations, technical delivery, lighting, sound as well as lasers, projections, holograms and professional firework displays.
“Rogue City Productions is a natural fit for 21CC,” said its MD Geoff Crow. “They’ve built an incredible reputation for bold creativity and flawless delivery. This partnership is about combining our strengths to push boundaries and raise the bar across the UK events industry.”
“By joining forces with the 21CC Group, Rogue City gains the backing, infrastructure, and collaborative power required to push the business to the next level,” said Grieve. “This will allow our team to scale our creativity, expand our capabilities, and deliver even more unforgettable experiences for clients across the country.”
“This partnership isn’t just a milestone, it’s a launchpad. Both Rogue City and 21CC share the same ambition to deliver the most ambitious, high-impact productions in the industry. Together, we’re ready to take that to the next level.”
