Production Services Association appoints Hannah Ratcliffe as GM

The Production Services Association (PSA) has announced the appointment of Hannah Ratcliffe as its new general manager.

The trade association, which represents more than 2,500 individuals and companies in the live event production industry, said Ratcliffe will oversee the day-to-day operations of the association, overseeng member services and advancing its strategic goals. Ratcliffe will also serve as a key liaison between the PSA and event industry organisations, stakeholders, and government bodies.

Prior to joining the PSA, Ratcliffe managed the operational and creative delivery of events and shows at Legoland Windsor Resort.

PSA co-chairs Ratcliffe Liz Madden and Tom Rees issued a statement welcoming Ratcliffe: “Her hands-on experience in live production combined with her strong leadership skills makes her the ideal candidate to lead our association forward. We are confident that under Hannah’s leadership, the PSA will continue to grow its influence and enhance the support we provide to our members across the UK.”
