Oak View Group (OVG) has entered into a long-term partnership with Stoke City Football Club to oversee hospitality and food and beverage operations at the bet365 Stadium.

Under the agreement, OVG Hospitality will assume responsibility for all hospitality operations at the 30,000-capacity venue. The company will work with the club on the planning and delivery of changes to catering services for both matchdays and stadium events.

The partnership will include the development of food and beverage offerings, hospitality services and concession operations. Stoke City said the arrangement forms part of wider plans to invest in catering facilities at the stadium over the coming years, with initial operational changes expected ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The agreement adds to OVG Hospitality’s portfolio in the UK and Europe. The company manages food and beverage operations at Co-op Live in Manchester, operates a joint venture with City Football Group at the Etihad Stadium, and provides hospitality services at Leicester City and Southampton.

OVG said the partnership forms part of its continued expansion in the UK and European markets. OVG’s recent expansion also includes partnerships with ACC Liverpool and Copper Box Arena.

Stoke City COO Simon King said, “OVG has a proven track record of transforming hospitality, food and drink and service at major football venues over the long-term.For us, OVG provide the perfect balance between combining their global scale with a deep understanding of the sense of local pride that is required to provide a thriving and successful food & drink operation.”
