Jo Peplow-Revell has joined The O2 as its new event sales coordinator. She will be responsible for all enquiries for The O2 Arena, American Express Invites Lounge, Green Room and The Quadrant, with a particular focus on Building Six as it gears up for the Christmas party season.
Peplow-Revell joins from events agency Crazy Cow Events, where she worked on a 2,000-guest winter ball at the Natural History Museum, as well as Christmas parties at Tower Bridge Walkways.

Association of Event Venues (AEV)

The AEV has announced three new appointments to its board following its annual September meeting:Michael Watton (Farnborough International), Max Bull (BDC) and Steve Sayer (The O2). They fill the seats recently vacated by Graham Stephenson, Graeme Jones and Rebecca Kane Burton.
Jeremy Rees (ExCeL London), the AEV’s newly appointed chair, said: “Michael, Steve and Max all bring significant experience and knowledge to the board, and will all be great assets to the association.”

DHP Family

Ed Lilo has joined DHP Family as the company’s new head of venue programming. Lilo joins after more than three years as head of venues & events at VICE UK, where he managed the programing, marketing and event production for over 100 events a month, as well as delivered large-scale events, brand activations and concerts.
At DHP, Lilo will work with external and in-house promoters across three London venues: Oslo in Hackney, The Garage in Highbury and The Borderline in Soho.

Industry

London-based brand consultancy Industry has appointed Dominic Zammit as its first head of digital. Zammit will be responsible for digital output, leading on strategy, content and delivery for clients across a range of sectors.
