Live event production company LS Events has announced changes to its Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the introduction of new projects director roles.
Grace Noest (pictured left), who joined LS in 2019 as project director, has been promoted to VP of strategy and engagement, while Jen-e Jones, who has been with LS since 2018, has been appointed VP of operations.
The production company behind a huge number of major live events this summer, including BST Hyde Park, Sail GP, Barcode Festival, Pride In London, Lido, All Points East and Formula E, said the promotions form part of its focus on reinforcing its commitment to strategic growth, operational excellence, and the professional development of staff.
“We are thrilled to announce these pivotal appointments as we continue to future-proof LS Events for sustained growth,” said, co-CEO Dave Grindle. “Grace and Jen-e’s leadership will be instrumental in driving our strategic vision and ensuring seamless operational delivery, ultimately benefiting our clients and fostering an environment of excellence.”
LS Events co-CEO Steve Reynolds added, “These changes empower our Senior Leadership Team to focus on the strategic direction of the company, while also creating clear pathways for career progression for our dedicated staff. We are committed to retaining our invaluable knowledge and experience within LS Events.”
The company has also announced the promotion of former senior project managers Ian Nolan and Jess Noakes, operations director Laura Armstrong, and senior partnerships projects manager Zoey Benjamin to projects director roles.
It said the projects directors will be responsible for leading project management and operational teams, driving company strategy through projects, and ensuring seamless execution across assigned projects.
