Trip.com Group has partnered with Live Nation Asia to connect live music and travel experiences across major Asian markets.

The agreement will launch in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea and mainland China. It will allow fans to plan concert-related trips through the Trip.com platform, combining ticket access with travel and accommodation options.

The collaboration marks Trip.com’s first step into the live entertainment sector and reflects a wider trend of tourism and music becoming more closely linked across the region. For example, Belgium-based Tomorrowland, popular with fans worldwide, provides travel packages that simplify the festival booking process.

According to Trip.com’s Momentum survey, around two-thirds of Asia Pacific travellers are willing to travel internationally for concerts, with younger audiences leading the trend.

Cities such as Singapore, Bangkok and Seoul have seen spikes in hotel bookings and tourism activity around major tours with Live Nation Asia EVP of partnerships and media James Dick confirming that “concert travel is redefining tourism across Asia.”

The first project under the partnership supported K-pop group TWICE’s This Is For World Tour in Hong Kong, offering fans presale tickets with hotel and transport packages.

The move comes after Live Nation reported financial growth for 2025 with the Asian market a significant contributor.

Trip.com Group chief marketing office Bo Sun said, “Today’s music lovers are embracing immersive experiences that extend far beyond the concert itself. Through partnerships like this, we are enhancing the travel journey, adding value for fans and unlocking new cultural and economic value for destinations and the wider industry in Asia.”
