Live Nation has reported revenue of $7bn for the second quarter of 2025. This was 16% higher than in the same period of 2024. The company said it was the highest second-quarter revenue in its history.
Operating income was $487m for the quarter, up 4% over year. Adjusted operating income was $798m, an 11% increase from the same quarter last year.
The company said the results were influenced by increased concert attendance. Total attendance reached 44m during the quarter, a 14% increase compared with the prior year. Stadium attendance was about three times higher than in the second quarter of 2024.
Live Nation reported selling more than 130m tickets in the period. These sales generated a gross transactional value of $9bn, which was 7% higher than in the same quarter last year.
International attendance also grew. Outside the United States, attendance rose 30% to 44m, with increases in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
Concert revenue was $5.95bn in the quarter. This represented a 19% increase from the same period last year. The segment margin increased by 60 basis points to 6%.
Ticketmaster, the company’s ticketing platform, generated $743m in revenue, 2% more than in last year’s second quarter. Adjusted operating income for the segment remained at $290m.

We’re continuing to deliver record revenue and concert ticket sales, and with investments focused on high-growth markets and fan experiences, we’re positioned to grow operating income and adjusted operating income by double digits this year and for years to come.”
