Christopher BarrettK-pop giant SM Entertainment is bringing its SMTown Live touring show to the UK for the first time, as part of the entertainment conglomerate’s 30th anniversary celebrations.
Billed as the summer’s biggest K-pop event in Europe, the show is set to take place at Allianz Stadium Twickenham (82,000) on 28 June. Among the acts scheduled to perform at the stadium’s first K-pop concert are EXO’s SUHO and CHANYEOL, NCT DREAM, WayV, RIIZE and NCT WISH.
The UK show will see SM Entertainment partner with Frontrow, a London/Seoul-based K-entertainment technology company specialising in concert production and ticketing through its proprietary platform, Konne Ticket.
The London stadium show will mark the first time SM’s label-wide concert, SMTown Live, has been to Europe since 2010’s show in Paris. The SMTown Live 2025 international tour kicked off last month with two sold-out shows at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome (cap. 40,00) in South Korea. Forthcoming dates include Mexico City’s Estadio GNP Seguros (65,000) on 9 May, and Los Angeles’ Dignity Health Sports Park (27,000) on 11 May before the run climaxes in Tokyo, Japan, on 9-10 August, at a yet-to-be-announced venue.
