Pophouse Entertainment has announced that it has hired current Oak View Group (OVG) International president Jessica Koravos as its new CEO.
The lead investor in the hugely successful virtual concert series ABBA Voyage, Pophouse was co-founded by ABBA’s Björn Ulvaeus. Koravos will join the Sweden-based firm in January 2026, having been a member of the Board of ABBA Voyage.
Pophouse’s current CEO Per Sundin will remain in the role until Koravos joins the company, at which point he will assume a new role there. Pophouse said Sundin had played a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and building a strong foundation for long-term success.
Koravos joined OVG in January 2023 from The Really Useful Group where she worked for more than 12 years as president. Prior to that, Koravos was MD of AEG Live for five years.
Aside from ABBA Voyage, which is operated by UK-based holding company Aniara Ltd, Pophouse is involved in other immersive productions including the forthcoming KISS avatar show in Las Vegas, The Avicii Experience and the ABBA The Museum in Stockholm.
In a statement, Pophouse said Koravos was a highly regarded international business executive with “extensive experience and a proven track record of expanding entertainment and live production ventures globally. [Koravos] is well-positioned to oversee Pophouse’s next phase of growth”.
“I am truly delighted to be joining Pophouse at this exciting time,” said Koravos. “Having seen Pophouse’s tremendous growth – driven by their compelling strategy, powerful partnerships with global artists, inspiring Board and excellent team. I look forward to driving the future expansion and success of the business.”
