Security equipment supplier Detectnology will use the Event Production Show (EPS) to showcase its advanced security solutions for the live events sector.

At EPS, the company is will display its range of weapons, threat and narcotic detection equipment, and provide demonstrations for event organisers, venues and production teams.

Detectnology said it will also outline current and emerging security considerations affecting live events, alongside its hire, servicing and maintenance options for temporary and long-term deployments.

The UK-based company has more than 30 years of experience delivering security screening systems for large-scale public events and government operations. Previous projects have included the RAF Fairford Air Show, European Ryder Cup events, the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, COP and G7 summits, US presidential visits, and major UK festivals.

Detectnology has also outlined sustainability measures within its operations, including its Remove, Recycle, Refurbish programme, which focuses on recycling security equipment at the end of its operational life.

The company employs a team of security-cleared engineers providing 24-hour call-out support, with services including fault diagnosis, repair, servicing and maintenance.
