Creative communications agency RMS has launched a dedicated service for festival and event organisers.

RMS services include branding, website build, design and print of marketing collateral, advertising, publicity and promotion.

Agency founder Ruth Shearn said: “Over the years, we’ve produced lots of fantastic work for festivals, conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, networking and social events. And loved it. So much so that we decided to develop a package of services specifically for event organisers – whether they’re full-time professionals or managing events is just one part of their job.

“Our experience, especially on big annual events such as the Manchester Jazz Festival and Manchester Legal Awards, has given us a real understanding of what clients at the sharp end really need and appreciate.

“Organisers are under huge pressure and need to know they’ve got a partner they can rely on 100% in the lead-up, during and after an event.

“We appreciate that events are dynamic, constantly moving entities that invariably involve last minute changes of plan. We’ve gone to some extraordinary lengths to support clients and have been rewarded with their continued loyalty.

“Event organisers can rely on us to deliver on all marketing-related services or use us for just one or two of their requirements. We’re confident they’ll love our fresh approach and friendly, efficient, supportive service.”

Fran Eccles-Bech, chief executive of the Manchester Law Society, added: “We appointed RMS to help us create and launch the Manchester Legal Awards ten years ago. Since the inaugural event, we have developed a very strong working relationship. The whole team is a pleasure to work with – professional, friendly, creative, collaborative and reliable. I can’t recommend RMS highly enough and we wouldn’t look at using any other company.”

Angela Kirk, communications director at the Manchester Jazz Festival, said: “We’ve worked with RMS for three years and can’t speak highly enough about them. They took our vague ideas and worked collaboratively with us to turn them into something brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they are a real asset to have on board.”
