Some of the biggest names in live music and sports event production and promotion will take to the Event Production Show’s main stage next month.

From Boomtown Fair to World Rugby, Superstruct to Silverstone; leading figures from across the live events industry will debate key issues and developments on EPS’ main conference stage at ExCel London on 25-26 February.

Curated by Access All Areas, the conference will feature speakers including BMW PGA championship director Darrell O’Hora, Boomtown co-founder & creative director Luke Mitchell, Goodwood Revival general manager Sarah Bullen, ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 tournament director Beth Barrett-Wild, More Than Equal board advisor Kate Beavan, LS Events VP of strategy and engagement Grace Noest, LIVE CEO Jon Collins, Notting Hill Carnival CEO Matthew Phillip, Silverstone head of operations music & the arts Nicki Seifert, Superstruct UK MD Mandy Johnson, STUFISH Entertainment Architects CEO Ray Winkler, World Rugby head of Women’s Rugby Atlanta St John and World Rugby director of event delivery Mark Huddleston.

Among the subjects to be tackled include the tech transforming event delivery and experiences, the evolution of ‘sportainment’, the next steps for women’s sport, creativity in event production, innovations in DEI, event security, developments in VIP provision, growing the grassroots, and what’s fuelling mass participation events.

The main stage is just one of five conference stages at the Event Production Show, with two days of compelling content delivered in partnership with organisations including the Association of Independent Festivals, Vision for Sustainable Events, the Network of Women in Events (NOWIE) and the National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA).
