Wembley Stadium (cap. 90,000), connected by EE, has forecasted a record-breaking number of visitors for 2025.

Over 2m concertgoers are expected to visit the venue this summer for headline shows from Coldplay, Oasis, Lana Del Rey, Dua Lipa, Guns N’ Roses, and Linkin Park.

In addition, Capital’s Summertime Ball is confirmed to take place at Wembley this summer, with further multi-night acts yet to be announced.

This marks the first time in the stadium’s history that it will welcome more than 2m guests during its summer concert window.

A key moment will be the return of Oasis, performing for the first time since 2009.

Mark Lynch, Wembley Stadium’s director, said, “We have a schedule of events throughout the year, with an extended window for concerts this summer running right up until the end of September. During that period, we expect to welcome more than 2m guests for the first time in Wembley Stadium’s history.”

Last year, Wembley Stadium hosted 40 major events with a total attendance of 2.9m people. According to a report by the Greater London Authority (GLA), Taylor Swift’s shows alone contributed approximately £300m to the city’s economy.

To help beat the January blues, Wembley Stadium is running a competition to win two tickets to select events this year.
