Life Water UK has been named the sole supplier of bottled water for Stamford Bridge, with proceeds going to water charity Drop4Drop.

The venue’s purchase of the water, through Levy Restaurants UK, will enable Drop4Drop to supply water to third world countries across India, Africa and Asia.

Approximately 6,000 bottles are expected to be sold each week in the 2016/17 season, meaning that the venue will help to provide up to 130 million litres of water to people in need.

Simon Hunter, head of venue & brand at Stamford Bridge, commented: “We are delighted to have formed a business partnership with Life Water UK which will enable us to support the amazing work they do through Drop4Drop to provide clean drinking water to communities in need of a fresh water supply.

“We are committed to being a socially, environmentally and ethically responsible business. This is mirrored by the expectations of our clients and we endeavour always to work with suppliers that hold the same values. We are very proud to be able to support the charity Drop4Drop, and all the fantastic work it does in providing much needed clean water to third world countries.”
