Max SteventonRWS Global has revealed its CEO Ryan Stana will transition to executive chairman, with chief operating officer Jake McCoy appointed interim CEO.
The company, which operates across cities including New York and London, delivers live entertainment and sports experiences for clients across sectors including cruise, sport and branded attractions.
RWS Global said the transition will see Stana focus on long-term strategy and growth initiatives, while McCoy will oversee day-to-day operations and global execution.
McCoy, who has been with the company for more than a decade, previously led operational expansion across multiple markets. He will continue to be based in the United Kingdom, where he established the company’s presence in 2022.
“I have had the privilege of guiding the business through significant growth and M&A with a clear focus on building for the future,” said Stana. “The priority now is ensuring the right leadership is in place to sustain that momentum.”
McCoy said, “Ryan’s vision, enthusiasm and leadership are so inspiring. I’m humbled and excited to lead the team into its next phase—combining creative excellence with operational rigor to scale the brand globally while strengthening performance, accountability, and speed.”
