Joe GallopLive Nation GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) said it has acquired a majority stake in German promoter and booking agency Goodlive GmbH.
Berlin-based Goodlive GmbH is the promoter of German festivals including Splash (pictured), Melt and Superbloom. It has previously worked with Live Nation on events such as Lollapalooza Berlin.
Live Nation said it has acquired the shares from former Goodlive stakeholder Paragon Partners, as well as from the Goodlive founders.
Live Nation GSA head Andre Lieberberg said, “I look forward to the upcoming collaboration with Goodlive and am very confident that we will realise new and exciting projects together.”
