Ariana Grande has completed her Eternal Sunshine tour after selling more than 630,000 tickets across 41 sold-out shows in 10 cities, including a 10-night residency at London’s The O2.
The tour, promoted by Live Nation, concluded at The O2 on 2 September, with an average of 15,000 fans attending each show.
Grande also used the tour to support 30 organisations across nine markets through her Brighter Days Ahead Foundation, which focused on areas including trans and LGBTQ+ rights, mental health care and emergency support.
The foundation supported six organisations in the UK: Micro Rainbow, Trans Solidarity Alliance, The Proud Trust, Save The Children UK, Choose Love and Consortium LGBT.
The tour also featured brand activations through Grande’s r.e.m. beauty business, with pop-ups in the US and UK. The US activations attracted nearly 15,000 visitors across 28 dates, while more than 20,000 people attended an 18-day UK residency pop-up.
Each city also featured fan experiences, merchandise pop-ups and other activations. London’s 10-night residency included temporary tattoo stations, r.e.m. beauty activations and merchandise experiences.
The tour included surprise performances, with Cynthia Erivo joining Grande in London for performances from Wicked, while Ty Dolla $ign joined her in New York for Safety Net.
Grande said, “I just wanted to say, ‘thank you so much’. This has been an extraordinary experience. Thank you for 10 beautiful London shows and for 41 incredible Eternal Sunshine tour shows. This has been one of the most beautiful extraordinary experiences of my life and I just wanted to express my gratitude without sobbing completely.
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It has been so special. I’ll cherish this experience always. I have the best fans in the entire world and I always have.”
