JOY. Concerts has partnered with My University Hospitals Sussex Charity (My UHSussex) to launch a series of live music events across Sussex in support of NHS patient care and hospital innovation.
The inaugural NHS My Music series will run from 22–25 October 2025 at Worthing’s Assembly Hall, with further shows planned in Brighton, London, Birmingham and Bexhill in 2026.
This month’s concerts will see performances from Spiritualized, Lightning Seeds, Circa Waves and Skindred. All proceeds from ticket sales and merchandise will fund projects across the seven hospitals of University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, including patient care, staff wellbeing, medical equipment, research, and sustainability initiatives.
JOY. Concerts promoter Thom Milner-Smith said, “We’re proud to support the NHS in 2025 and beyond. Worthing is a special place for audiences, and these gigs bring music back to the heart of the community.”
“These concerts are about more than entertainment; they’re about action,” said My UHSusse director Steve Crump OBE. “Every ticket bought is a step toward better patient experiences, more innovative treatments, and greater support for the people who make the NHS what it is.”
