Impact XM and Jack Morton are to merge to form a united experiential marketing agency operating under the Jack Morton brand.
Impact XM designs and delivers experiential marketing programs including trade shows, live events, brand environments, and integrated campaigns, while Jack Morton develops brand experience strategies and executes experiential-led marketing programs that combine live, digital, and content-driven engagement for global clients.
Jack Morton has previously overseen the production of major events such as London’s New Year’s Eve fireworks display.
The merger, expected to close by the end of this quarter, will see the creation of a combined agency with 20 offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. It will employ more than 1,000 staff and serve clients across multiple sectors including technology, healthcare and automotive.
Leadership appointments were also announced, with Impact XM CEO Jared Pollacco becoming the CEO of the combined agency. Jack Morton CEO Craig Millon will become global president, and Josh McCall, who served as Jack Morton’s CEO from 2003 until his retirement in 2022, will serve as executive chairman of the board.
“Impact XM has been evolving toward a more integrated, global model for years,” said Pollacco. “We’ve always believed that creativity, innovation, and exceptional execution are what move people, and this union accelerates that vision for both our clients and our teams.”
Millon said, “With combined creative, strategic, and executional capabilities, we can offer deeper expertise, broader scale, and a cohesive end-to-end model for clients. And because our cultures share the same people-first values and passion for delivering extraordinary experiences, we’re stronger together and so is the work we’ll create.”
