Access All AreasGinger Owl Productions (GOP) is the latest supplier to be profiled as part of the AAA Explores series of video reports that go behind the scenes to examine leading venues, live events, key destinations, and supplier services.
Filmed during the Teenage Cancer Trust’s 2025 Royal Albert Hall show series, which raised a record £2.05 million, the Explores film finds Ginger Owl showcasing its online event management platform GOAllAreas.
Featuring interviews with Teenage Cancer Trust show series producer Des Murphy and GOP co-founders & directors Nancy Skipper and Julie Chennells, the Explores film examines the benefits of the accreditation solution that has already helped streamline operations for major events including the BRIT Awards, BST Hyde Park, VE Day 80 concert and F1 75 Live at The O2.
Among the features of GOAllAreas that the Explores film highlights is its long-range scanning capability, which Skipper said enables secure, contactless access for VIPs and artists. The technology allows individuals to pass through entry points without needing to tap or show credentials, while security staff monitor access approvals or denials on handheld screens.

Key GOAllAreas features include a survey tool that records every crew member’s arrival and creates accurate carbon data to support environmental goals and compliance reporting. Among the other areas covered are accreditation and pass printing, asset and catering management, custom forms for individuals and organisations, health & safety inductions, RFID and QR code scanning, real-time dashboards and post-event reporting.
Chennells said GOAllAreas is Cyber Essentials certified, pen tested and built to exceed GDPR requirements: “GOAllAreas provides total confidence in data security for both teams. We delivered 96 events in 2024 across the UK, Europe and Saudi Arabia. Accreditation made up over a third of our onsite services, and the demand is growing.
