Mike FletcherThe Formula 1 Exhibition, which attracted more than 340,000 visitors to Excel London during its six-month run, has closed and is heading to Amsterdam.
The London edition of the touring show saw the biggest production to date, with several new additions, including seven championship-winning Formula 1 cars and memorabilia from the world of F1.
It also boasted the broadest range of cars, including Sir Lewis Hamilton’s 2018 Championship-winning Mercedes AMG F1 W09, Max Verstappen’s 2021 Championship-winning RB16B, the 1981 Williams FW07-C, the legendary 1970 Lotus 72, and Ayrton Senna’s 1988 title-winning McLaren MP4/4.
The Formula 1 Exhibition will open in a new location next month at De Kromhouthal Amsterdam, from 17 April. In parallel to Amsterdam, the exhibition will also open for the first stop of its South American tour later this month in Buenos Aires.
