Olivia PowellEventist Group, a collection of eight brands designed to create and deliver events, has announced to acquisition of Alison Price & Company, an event dining business.
Alison Price & Company has delivered food and service for parties, gala events and stylish weddings for almost 40 years, and has achieved over 40 accreditations at venues across London and the UK.
Alison Price & Company will remain entirely independent of the other businesses within the group, as with all Eventist Group brands, and will continue to be managed by the existing executive management team comprised of Paul Jackson, Phillipa Candy, Richard Cubbin, Anna Peterson and Tarryn Coleman.
