Christopher BarrettLive Nation has announced the Oasis Live ’27 tour, including four shows at the 125,000-capacity Knebworth Park.
Last month, North Hertfordshire Council granted SJM a premises licence for events at the venue Oasis first played 30 years ago.
The Oasis Live ’27 tour will see the Manchester band play 38 live shows across Scotland, England, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France, Italy, the US and Ireland. Aside from the 12 shows at Manchester’s 60,000-capacity Etihad Stadium, the tour will see the band perform in a locations not visited on the Oasis Live ‘25 tour. Support at all shows will come from Richard Ashcroft.
Live Nation said that with demand for the tour expected to be extremely high, a registration process has been created with the aim of reducing queuing times and hindering ticket touting. Fans must register before 17 September at 4pm via oasisinet.com. It said fans who successfully register will be sent a unique, non-transferable code to access an allocated onsale window. In a statement, Ticketmaster’s parent company said, “The registration process is the only public way to buy tickets for Oasis Live ’27. There will be no general onsale or other public presales outside of this process. This structure has been created to ensure the purchase process is as fair and smooth as possible for Oasis fans.”
More than 10 million fans from 158 countries queued to buy tickets for the last Oasis tour, with an estimated £1 billion generated for the UK economy, according to its promoter.
