Milton Keynes-based club brand UltraVegas is launching a two-day festival to mark its 30th anniversary.
MKWeekender will take place at Campbell Park on 14-15 August, with a weekend audience capacity of 15,000.
UltraVegas will promote the event, while Concept Event Solutions will oversee production.
MKWeekender will have two stages: the Main Stage and the Sophisticated Stage. Performers are set to include Seb Fontaine, Tall Paul, Lady Roulette, Martin Kemp and Scouting For Girls. The promoter said there will also be an afterparty held at Merkur Casino led by an all-female DJ lineup.
UltraVegas launched its club night in 1996 at Milton Keynes’ Winter Gardens welcoming DJs such as Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold and Tony De Vit in its 30-year tenure.
DJ and UltraVegas Radio host Ashley Kellett said, “Even back in the 90s, UltraVegas had a reputation far beyond Milton Keynes, it stood for something authentic in the underground scene.
“What’s exciting now is seeing that legacy evolve. You’ve got original residents, new artists and audiences of all ages coming together, with no ego just a shared connection through music.”
