Christopher BarrettSuperstruct Entertainment, the world’s second largest festival promoter, has hired Jacqui Harris as managing director.
The latest in a string of senior appoints at Superstruct, Harris joins the company from AEG Presents where she worked for more than 18 years, most recently as VP and general manager of the UK Touring division.
Superstruct, which was acquired by KKR in 2024 in a 1.3 billion deal, owns more than a dozen major UK music festivals, as part of a portfolio of more than 80 across 10 countries. It was launched by Creamfields festival (70,000) founder and former Live Nation exec James Barton and Roderik Schlosser in 2017.
Recent senior appointments at Superstruct include former OVG EVP venue management international Rebecca Kane Burton as chief operating officer in January, and new CEO Alex Mahon who joined the company last year.
During her time at AEG, Harris worked on major outdoor events including All Points East, Eden Sessions Cornwall and BST Hyde Park. She also led the team delivering UK touring operations across stadium, arena and greenfield events.
“She is a powerhouse in the live entertainment industry, with a proven track record of scaling world-class festivals and tours,” said Mahon. “She understands the cultural magic of live music and the importance of creative independence – her expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow Superstruct.”
