Yotam Ottolenghi’s London restaurant brand has made its first festival foray, at Love Supreme, in conjunction with events food and drink platform Togather.

The pop-up Ottolenghi full-service restaurant designed and run by the brand’s core team, was open throughout the 3-5 July event at Glynde Place, East Sussex, with all sittings sold out well in advance.

Togather said the installation acted as the flagship for a wider focus to bring the country’s most popular restaurants out of the cities and into festival fields. The company also delivered all the street-food offerings at Love Supereme. Its CEO and co-founder Digby Vollrath said, “Ottolenghi’s cookbooks have been a staple of my life in London: I can’t count how many times I’ve cooked his recipes for friends at home. Bringing Ottolenghi to the fields of Love Supreme for the first time is a genuine pinch-me moment.”

Ottolenghi executive chef Neil John Campbell and his team collaborated with local growers based within a few miles of the site – many of whom are existing suppliers – to create dishes out of ingredients that were at their peak. He said, “We wanted to take the full Ottolenghi experience out of London and cook it in a field in Sussex – vegetables front and centre, big platters down long tables, everyone sharing. We built the menu around what’s good on our doorstep right now, and it’s been great having festivalgoers feast alongside all the music.”

Launched by Ciro Romano in 2013 and promoted by his Neapolitan Music in partnership with Vivendi-owned production company U-Live, the festival was acquired by CTS Eventim in 2024. This year’s edition saw performances from Del La Soul, Ezra Collective and Loyle Carner.
