Angine de Poitrine agent Duncan Smith joins ROAM

Global live booking agency ROAM has appointed Duncan Smith as a senior agent.

Smith joins from Earth Agency, where his roster included  MJ Lenderman, Wednesday, Getdown Services, Lime Garden and Racing Mount Pleasant.

Smith has also represented Canadian duo Angine de Poitrine since December 2025. The act has since toured the UK and Europe, including two scheduled shows at London’s Troxy in October 2026. The duo is due to play more than 100 shows in 2026.

He has worked in the live music industry for more than 15 years, beginning at Guildford venue The Boileroom while also working as a radio producer for BBC Introducing. He later became the venue’s in-house booker before moving to the Royal Albert Hall. He subsequently held agency roles at Pitch & Smith, Playbook Artists and Earth Agency.

During his agency career, Smith has booked tours that progressed from grassroots venues to headline shows at London’s Roundhouse, alongside festival appearances at Glastonbury, Primavera, Green Man, Øya, Way Out West, Rock en Seine, All Points East and Pukkelpop.

ROAM said Smith will continue to represent Angine de Poitrine in all territories outside Canada. The act is represented by John Bongiorno and Ethan Berlin in the United States, Mexico and South America.

ROAM launched in September 2025. The agency operates from six offices and represents more than 900 artists through a team of more than 80 staff. Its roster includes Fontaines D.C., Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, The Lumineers, Japanese Breakfast, Sufjan Stevens, Mac DeMarco, Madness, Amyl & The Sniffers, Andrew Bird and BADBADNOTGOOD.
