Broadwick Venues has appointed Venue Lab to manage all corporate, brand and filming venue hire for The Drumsheds and Exhibition London, two new cutting-edge event spaces for the capital.
Venue Lab – a Vibration Group company and creators of venues Printworks London, Landing Forty Two and The Pumping House, Dock X London, Thirty Eight Grosvenor Square and the recently launched Magazine London – will be solely responsible for all venue hire management.
The Drumsheds, a pioneering 10-acre outdoor space with four giant interlinked warehouses offering a total indoor capacity of 10,000, will enable event organisers to go ‘later, louder and bigger’. The venue was announced earlier this month with a flurry of publicity for its inaugural event – Field Day Festival, 7-8 June 2019.
Exhibition London is a Victorian Grade II Dimco Building, adjacent to the Westfield London site in White City. The building is being transformed into a multi-purpose music, event and hospitality venue with a total standing capacity of 1,400. Spanning two floors, the 34,000 sq. ft venue is taking bookings now for events from January 2020.
Claire Pastore, director of venues for Venue Lab said: “We are very excited to be partnering with Broadwick Venues and further expanding our portfolio. Venue Lab has a proven track record of finding, activating and delivering thought-provoking spaces both commercially and to create destinations.”
Broadwick Venues managing director Bradley Thompson added: “Following our very successful partnership at Printworks London Venue Lab is the natural choice to help us develop The Drumsheds and Exhibition London as new cultural spaces for the city.”
